It is always important to make sure the payment has been completed. To check, log in your email and see if you received the payment receipt, as shown in the examples below:
Check the receipt to ensure that the purchase was completed or successful.
Depending on the payment option used, the diamonds may take some time to appear in your account. It usually takes a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the payment gateway you used to purchase the diamonds.
If the diamonds are still missing from your account after 20 minutes, try to simulate another purchase by:
- Press the "Top-up" button again and select any amount.
- After you enter the page that required the password, don't complete any transaction and press cancel or previous page button immediately.
- When you return to the main page, please wait for 1-2 minutes and restart Free Fire. The amount of diamonds should increase soon.
