1. Bind your guest account
Guest accounts might be lost due to version updates and are not inter-linked across different devices. To ensure the safety of your account, the first step is to bind your guest account to your own third-party platform account.
2. Protect your platform account carefully
After binding your account to a platform account, please keep the following points in mind to protect your bound platform account from hackers or malicious individuals:
a) Keep your password complicated and change it from time to time.
b) Do not share your account information, especially your login credentials, with others.
c) Do not log into your account on someone else's device. If you need to do so, don't forget to log out when you're done!
d) Enable two-step verification on your login platform.
e) Always make purchases using official channels only. Do not trust websites or social media apps that promise you free items. Refer to the official links for any offers and news.
f) Use the official game client.
3. Bind a Recovery Email to Your Game Account
Binding a recovery email to your game account allows you to recover your account if you lose access to your platform account. Additionally, you can change the initially bound platform account. Both actions can be easily performed by verifying an OTP (One-Time Password) code sent to your registered email.
4. Be aware of abnormal device login record
If you discover login records from unknown devices on the Login History page (found in the Settings page), this could indicate that your account has been hacked or stolen. Please immediately change the password of your bound platform account, and then log out from all devices in the game to ensure that others cannot access your game account anymore.
5. Always monitor the status of your recovery email binding
Ensure that the recovery email bound to your game account belongs to you and can receive emails normally. If you notice any unauthorized changes to the recovery email binding process within the game, please promptly cancel the binding process within the 15-day Buffer Period.
